For those of you who stumbled upon this page because of recent, less than satisfactory, dealings with Alpha Wear Fitness, there may be a few thoughts that have gone through your head. You may have made a purchase that you never received and thought it was a genuine fluke. Perhaps you signed up as a sponsored athlete, made a purchase, but have not reaped any of the benefits of sponsorship and considered that maybe you failed in promoting the brand. Maybe you declined an offer from Albert himself and were met with harsh and demeaning words and felt that you had a bad break or run in with a fitness industry expect.
I'm telling you to abandon any self-doubt. If you've been on the receiving end of bad business practices and horrible customer service from Alpha Wear Fitness, this is not something new. The CEO of the company, Albert Arcuri, has a sordid past of bullying and unwittingly scamming hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars. This is not a failed business enterprise--this person has a history of malicious actions intended to defraud you and others like you out of your hard earned money. To understand the history, you've got to expose the con-artist himself. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, Albert Arcuri.
Pictured here is the young CEO at 19 years old in 2005 with his mother (PureVolume).
Pictured is a more recent photograph of Arcuri, showcasing his extreme physical transformation (Ripoff Report).
We will let you draw your own conclusions regarding the obvious physical changes of Arcuri over the years and report only what we know. Although it is not necessarily relevant to the story, we thought it important to point out because we believe there are mental factors that motivate an individual to transform their physique and there may be some parallels between Arcuri's desire to recreate himself physically and his desire to but forth the public facade of a wealthy entrepreneur.
Let's go back to the beginning.
We were able to determine that Albert's full name is Albert Nick Arcuri III and his birthday is April 13th, 1985. This is important information because it allows us to verify public record using his full name and date of birth. You can access copies and links of relevant public records on this blog under the page titled "Legal Docs & Public Records".
We searched for Albert's known residences online and came up with a list of cities and family members. Associated cities prior to Orlando, FL include Yucca Valley, CA, Homosassa, FL, Inverness, FL, Lecanto, FL. Public records searches in San Bernardino and Citrus County, FL did not return anything out of the ordinary.
It would appear that Albert's career as a scam artist didn't start (or at least was not documented) until his relocation to Orlando, FL. What we did find online is proof of 3 separate business ventures that included selling products or services, which were never delivered to the customer. Each of these business will have a section dedicated to them on our blog below:
We have had several witnesses come forward with personal accounts of Albert's financial issues including wage theft, failure to file business taxes and alleged gambling issues. We are working to obtain proof of these allegations and will provide documentation if and when it is available.
Finally, we know that Albert does his best work via text message and e-mail. As smart as he thinks he is, his is cowardly demeanor and propensity to hide behind his keyboard has led to an extensive paper trail and documentation of his misdoings. We are asking that the public help us to collect and compile a myriad of first-person statements from victims, copies of e-mails, screenshots of text messages and any other written documentation that we can publish online (anonymously, if desired).

All three businesses above were registered to Albert N. Arcuri III under the respective names, Clear Connection Wireless, Inc., Game Seller Pros, Inc. and Alpha Wear, Inc.
We also know for various corroborating accounts online that Albert has an M.O. for dealing with customers. He has a strong-arm approach that includes boasting of a "million dollar company," (which we debunk here), and referring to women as "young lady," in an attempt to demean them, make them feel inferior or assert dominance over them.
